In October 2024, HEAL had the honor of participating in the Youth Resiliency Conference in Kampala, Uganda, hosted by MIDAYNTA. This event brought together leaders, organizations, and youth advocates from across the globe to discuss innovative solutions for building resilient communities.
At the conference, HEAL shared its expertise in disaster preparedness and community resilience, highlighting our work in Somalia. From providing emergency relief to empowering women and children, we showcased how our programs are transforming lives and creating lasting change.
The conference was a powerful reminder of the importance of collaboration in addressing global challenges. By connecting with other organizations and learning from their experiences, we gained valuable insights that will help us strengthen our programs and expand our impact.
